The lanyard is a convenient way to carry the remote around your neck, but during certain manoeuvres it can be more practical to have it directly on your belt.
This clip attaches to the back of the rugged remote and allows you to carry it securely at your waist, with the buttons visible and easily accessible. You can operate the autopilot without searching around the cockpit or taking the remote out of a pocket.
Its compact design follows the shape of the remote without interfering with the buttons, antenna or normal operation. The original lanyard can also remain attached, allowing you to choose the most convenient carrying option at any time.
